Hi
Having sorted my name in newsgroups (thank you Alan)

I now find I am unable to send from my mail address. It looks fine with no
changes when I go into edit to check. I feel I am nearly there but not
quite.....

It osunds like you have set the 'dummyname' account to be your default mail
account. This will also make it the default news accoutn as well, which is
why that is working OK.

In the 'Mail' pne of the accounts dialog, select the 'realName' account and
click the 'Make Default' button. Then, under the 'News' pane, select the
news account and click the Edit button. Under the 'Account Setings' pane,
select the 'Dummyname' account under the 'email account' pop-up menu.

You should be OK now.

Hi Barry
Thanks for that, you were correct. I need a dot to dot guide on making rules
for folders. This seems a much harder thing to crack!
