Hi NG,

is there a setting in entourage to send a new e-mail not immediately? First
it should be saved in the "outbox" folder. Later, when the user presses the
button send/receive it should be dispatched. Is there a way to do this?

There is a Send Later button. If you are using Entourage 2008 and do not see
that button, go to View > Customize Toolbar.

This will send when the next schedule fires. If you want total control on
when it send, set your schedule to Manual.
