Where I put my entourage to send / receive automatics? I don¹t want wait 10
in 10 minutes to do that, less so click send / receive.

Tools>Run Schedule>Edit Schedule.

You can set it all up there,

You can also use the shortcut Command-K to initiate the Send & Receive
schedule.
