Send thru different accounts - all show same return address

Hi,

I have 4 pop3 email accounts. I normally send through one account and
my return address is set up [email protected].

Account 2 has a different domain and my address is [email protected]
Account 3 has a different domain and my address is [email protected].

How come no matter what account I send my email through the return
address is always [email protected]?

When I review each account they all show that they have their own email
address associated.

It kinda defeats the purpose to have the same email return address
going out on each email I send regardless of the domain I use.

Any Ideas?

Thanks

Hi Vince,

I am using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (SP1) - on a home computer (no
Exchange)

Thanks

Are they going through different SMTP servers or the same one?

Does it work correctly if you create a profile with just one of the other
accounts? If so, verify your authentication settings for the accounts -
there is a SMTP authentication bug that sends mail on the first account the
works instead of NDRing the message when authentication fails.

Hey Diane,

I think you figured it out for me thanks! Seems that the other
accounts were not configured correctly and instead of telling me about
it, it emailed from my primary account.

Thanks very much and also thanks to Vince for responding as well.
