Send To Mail Recipient action generate error when opening address book

Hi all
I've got this experience in one of my user using W2K Pro with Office XP
Whenever he wanted to send file from windows explorer by right-clicking the file and select send-to, mail recipient
The error occurs right after he clicks on the 'To' button on Outlook to open up the address book
The address book open though but it follows by error message saying that there is an error in the Explorer.exe
However it works ok if he inserts file from MS Outlook using insert, file menu
anybody ever experience this behaviour
