Send Word 2003 docs to for Netscape 7.2 email configuration

Steve Marshall

Need help setting up the send to menu for email recipients. I am a
Netscape 7.2 user and I upgraded from Office 200 Pro to Office 2003 Pro
last week and can no longer send word docs using the send to menu for
Netscape.

Under options, general, the "mail as attachment" box is checked, but
Netscape is a not an option.

Have you tried re-installing Netscape so that it becomes your default
browser/email program? It looks like Office 2003 has changed this.

sometimes sending a dummy message from Netscape Messenger can prompt you
to make this your default as well.
