Sending a questionaire to many people

I need to replace a paper based questionaire with an on screen questionaire
so that replys can be dumped into an Access database automatically.
Currently I get Access to select the addressees and then email using a
Snapshot. The question is what can I use that users can fillin on screen and
email back that Access read?

I'm unsure which is the best route.

InfoPath would be the best route but each user would need to have a
copy of InfoPath in order to fill in the questionnaire.

Depending on the nature of the questionnaire, and the software
available to those who will be filling it out, you could use Excel or
use Word and a document containing form fields. Word has an option to
"Save data only for forms" which will create a text file containing
comma separated values.

If you want a more automated method then check with either the Excel
VBA or Word VBA newsgroups depending on which application you want to
use.
