sending an html page from outlookl

i keep getting links for the page instead of the html file...ive gone under the options and made sure the internet format has been chosen... and the mail format is html...any suggestions...trying send a flyer that i uploaded to a website earlier today.. im also getting the same issue when sending my signature... my html editor is frontpage 2003...
