Sending apoint froms Entourage X and 2001

We have a user using entourage X and the rest of us using 2001 - they
send appointments that last one whole day e.g. 23/02/2004 but it will
be recived as 12:00pm 23/02/2004 and ends 12pm 24/02/2004 the next
day therefore it apperas as a two day event .

Has anyone experienced and then solved this

Have them check their Date & Time control panel, both for time and time
zone. And you check yours in System Preferences Date & Time and Entourage's
Time Zone Calendar preference.
