Sending Appoinments in OL2K3 in TS environment

Hello All.

I have a questiong regarding Setting Appointments for someone else within
Outlook 2003.

I am running a 2003 Terminal Server. All users are using a POP environment
at the moment, so exchange is not functional, however this is my issue.

Earlier this year, everyone could schedule an appointment or task for
another member of the team, and this request was emailed to that person,
awaiting a repsonse for acceptance.

However, since Mid January, and the last few hotfixes have been applied we
can not use this function anylonger...

The email is set by the person setting the task, it gets to the recipent all
okay.

However, when the go to view the Task sent to them, you click on accept, a
acceptance report is not sent back to the person who sent the task, nor is
the task added into recipents calandar.

It also displays on the Inbox Window the following:

<the task contains active content. Open the item to view contents>

You double click on the item to open, and it never opens.

I have done some googling on the issue, and it seems that a few people have
the same issue, and noted it was from Hot fixes released betweek December and
end of January.

Can anyone help me fix this issue? or What could be causing it.

Any help would be greatly appericated.

Thank you for your help.
