sending attachements veeerry slow

i have a problem with entourage,
when i try to send a mail with application it is sending it very slow,but
when i am getting a mail with an even bigger attachement it's very fast,
i tried everything:
verify- everything was ok.
make a new account- same problem.

it's a problem wich occured lately,
thanks for help.

What type of internet connection do you have? Often times broadband
providers (mainly DSL) try to wow you with big download speeds, but then
skimp on the uploads. Many people who think they have 1 MB/s connections
only have 128 KB/s uploads.
