Sending contact info as vcard

MS Help says click Address Book; click contact you want to send and on the
CONTACT menu click Forward as vCard

What is the Contact menu? how do I do this?

I don't see this anywhere

When you are viewing your Address Book, there is a "Contact" menu item to
the right of "View". You can't miss it ;-)
