Sending Contacts in outlook format 2007

Seding in Outlook format should include the category. This does not work on
any computers I have using Vista and 2007 but it does work when sending from
Xp and Outlook 2007. How can I correct this?

Outlook 2007, by default, runs a rule that strips categories from incoming
mail. Check that.
