Sending duplicates with CS IMAP account

Hi, I just recently set up a friend's new Macbook (Mac OS X Leopard)
with Entourage '04. She uses CompuServe, so I set up her account with
IMAP access. She just told me that for some reason all of her emails
are going out as duplicates. Any idea as to why this is happening?

Have her check her IMAP Sent Items folder. CompuServe records all sent
messages automatically, so it will be easy to see if they're being sent by
her (which is unlikely). Assuming they're not, I'd want to see the full
headers of two of these messages as they're received to see where the split
is occurring.
