sending e-mail from Outlook to Lotus Notes

When I send e-mail from Outlook to Lotus Notes, all my
attachments are converted to unreadable dat file. Does
anybody else have experienced such a problem?

Make sure you're sending in plain text or HTML format, not rich-text.
