sending e mail

I am using outlook 2003 and all of a sudden can not send e-
mails. I do receive all e-mails. I have a dial connection
to AOL to my yahoo mail server.

What errors do you get?
Can you telnet to your outbound mail server on port 25? As in, open a
command prompt, and type

telnet mail.server.name 25 <enter>

and see a banner in reply?

AOL tends not to Play Nice With The Other Kids, so it's possible they're
blocking ports.
