Sending email under wrong name

Hello,
I am having a user send out email, but it wants to send it out as
"John". 3 weeks before the issue appeared and I was able to get rid
of it via the keychain and rebuild of db. It is for some odd reason
back. I have un-installed Office using the uninstaller, and then just
moved her db file back, ran disk permissions, deleted keychains, and
no where under her POP email account is the word "john" under sending
an email. Any ideas?

Usually the setting is in Accounts under Tools in the menu bar. Where
exactly is "John" showing up?

When you click send, there is an errror, "john"@ myemailaddress.com
does not exists

I did check under accounts and he is not there....

To fix I just changed her email for pop to IMAP so for me in this case
it was not that big of a deal
