Sending Email with BCC shows only sender - not "To" recipient

[HYDRA Muenchen]

Entourage (Office 2004) Sending Email shows at BCC recipient the sender as
recipient instead of the true "To" recipient.
This problem did not appear with the last office version (Entourage X).
Any Ideas?
