Sending Email without my consent

Hi All,

Sometimes I have only one email on outbox to send but in progress bar appear
2 or more. Is it possible that Outlook be sent email without my consent?

I never click yes to confirm a receipt. If I click no, is some feedback sent
anyway?

Yes the sender gets a " the message was deleted without reading"
