Sending Front Page form results to a database

Hi:

If I want form results sent to a database on the web server after a
visitor completes a form on the site, how can I set things up to receive
notification at my e-mail address that the form was completed? AND should I
use the database results wizard to be able to view the form and results? The
reason I ask is because I can't have the results sent to an e-mail address as
I require secure communication (the site is SSL encrypted).
