Sending Group e-mails

Hi.
I'm running Entourage 10.1.1. Can anyone please tell me how to send an
e-mail to an entire Group without having to insert the individual names into
the "To" field? I¹m sure it¹s dead easy but I¹m blowed if I can work it out.

First you define a mailing list (a group in the address book). Then send
to that group. This has the additional benefit that no mail address will
be disclosed to the other recipients.

_IF_ you choose to check the box "Don't show addresses when sending mail" in
the group's window, that is.
