Sending HTML e-mails

Hi,

I created an HTML page with images and I'd like to send it
as a page within the body of the e-mail. According to the
online help I'm supposed to put the page in the address
bar and then in Actions click on send page as e-mail but
that option isn't in the Actions toolbar. Is there
another way to do this?
