sending HTML webmails through Entourage?

Just found out (through Apple Discussions) how to do that with a .mac
account but now I'm wondering if I can do it for another account (I
have one through Godaddy that's for biz). Problem is that I'm in China
at the moment and I believe EVERYTHING is sent and received through web
mail. But I like Entourage and I receive emails using it no problem. I
would like to send out (or forward/reply) HTML messages through
Entourage like I now can do with my .mac account. Is that possible?

You can do simple HTML (font attributes, inserted images etc) through the
Entourage interface, just turn HTML formatting on with the message
formatting toolbar.

For more complex formatting, you could create you message in word 2004,
using all the fancy formatting you like, then use 'send to > mail recipient
(as HTML)' from the file menu in word.

I tried that and got a message from Word that "Word was unable to mail
my document. Please make sure your mailprogram is configured correctly
and that you can send mail with it."

Entourage sent the mail, but without the HTML. How do I fix that?
