Sending Internal Mail

I would like to send internal mail across a local area network using a group
or a single email address. My question is how do I do this so that it
doesn't send it though the smtp or pull it down form the pop3 servers
configured in Outlook / Outlook express ?

Any help would be great.

Lanwench [MVP - Exchange]

You'd need an internal/workgroup mail server. Check out Kerio, if Exchange
is too much for your office.
