Sending mail from Entourage via Novell Network.

I can receive mail from in-house senders and outside senders just fine.
I can send mail to recipients inside the building. I CANNOT send mail
to anyone outside the building. I am using OSX.3.9 and Entourage
10.1.4.

I get the following error message:
error 5550
server did not recognize the recipients or the server refuses to allow
you to send mail.
5.7.1 unable to relay...

Any ideas? I really need to solve this mess. Any input would be greatly
appreciated.

Go to Tools > Accounts, click the "Exchange" tab, and open your mail
account. Click the "advanced sending options" button, and check the option
for "SMTP server requires authentication". Does that help?
