Sending mail with Entourage

Entourage seemed to work ok, but since March 2006 I keep getting an error
description that says: ³ERROR mail cannot be sent using the account ³Phillip
Barber.²
EXPLANATION, Not our customer. ERROR: 5551

This is frustrating...I am the only account on this imac.

I am using Entourage X version 10.1.4

Any help is greatly appreciated.

This sounds like an anti-relaying measure.

either: you are sending mail through a mail server that does not belong to
you service provider (eg, you are a comcast customer, but trying to send
through an aol mail server); or you are trying to send mail through your
isp's mail server, but with a different account to the one they provided (eg
you are trying to send through comcast, but using a [email protected] address).

If you can post the full text of the bounce message we can narrow it down a
bit more.
