sending message from another mailbox

Alice

I have applied 'send on behalf' permissions on a mailbox
to someone other than the owner. The other person has
access to the mailbox and can reply to messages there. I
need for the other person's name to appear in the From
field instead of the mailbox owners name. I know I can
just change it manually, but this plan is for end users
who will not take the time to do it.
Is there a way for it to happen automatically? Thanks

You can set these permissions on the Exchange server as well. To do this go
to Active Directory Users and Computers and open the user that is the owner
of the mailbox. Go to the Exchange tab where you can set the send
permissions (I believe it was the Exchange Advanced tab). Here you can
select users who you want to give the send as permissions to.

Hope this helps!
