Sending message Outlook

Hi,

I'm using Outlook 2002 and I Have to send a message with
activeX control in it, but when I insert the file :
Insert file...


I have this message:
Your current security ActiveX prohibit resuming ActiveX
controls on this page, as a result, the page may not
display correctly

How can I resolve this problem
