Hello all. I can not send messages out of Entourage, although i can
receive them. I have followed all of the directions in the
troubleshooting areas, and nothing has worked. Any ideas? Also, does
it cost money to talk to a rep over the phone? thanks in advance.

Talking to your ISP support should be free.
Send & Receive problems can be complex to solve, but generally these
solutions apply:
1. If you can receive but not send then you have a bad SMTP configuration
2. If you can send but not receive you have a bad POP or IMAP configuration
Open Keychain Access application in Applications/Utilities folder and delete
the entry for that account. Run Keychain First Aid. It's in the Keychain
menu under Keychain Access.
Go to Entourage, select 'accounts' from the Tools menu, choose the account
that was giving you trouble and delete that account. You should now be able
to enter the correct information. Type carefully. If you paste don't include
spaces.
