Sending news articles via IE

Here's what happens:

I launch IE, go to some place like www.cnn.com

Then, I click a link to a new article and click "Send
Page" from the Mail drop-down list at the top of the page

A new mail message opens up within Outlook with the
article as the body of the email.

When I click "Send", it doesn't send the email. I may
have to click "Send" 3 or 4 times before the email is
actually sent. It appears to be happening sporadically as
it will send on the first try sometimes.

I am on XP.

Is this a known issue, or has anyone else ran into this
before? If so, does anyone know the fix for this?
