Sending Powerpoints with Background Music

I wonder if my friends can load the background music in the powerpoint
that I sent. The music is not downloaded from ClipArts, it is a custom
one from my computer. I bet my friends cannot load the music. Hence,
anybody can tell me any ideas? Maybe I should include the music
separately and send it, and ask my friend to load it himself/herself,
but it is very troublesome. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
