Sending pp presentations

When I send a PP presentation via e-mail, I want the receiving party to see
the presentation, not the file. In other word, I want hem to enjoy my
presentation. I don't want them to be able to edit my presentation, or
minimize the possiblity to.

You can protect your presentation if you have ppt XP or 2003:
open your PPT file
- click on the "Tools" on the menu bar
- choose the "options"
- choose security
- enter nothing in the box: password to open
- enter a password for the box: password to modify
- confirm the password you entered
- click OK
- save your presentation as "show" rather than presentation by going to:
- File menu and choose save as
- from "save as type" menu choose "PowerPoint show"
Now your file is ready to be emailed. When people double click on it, it
will run the presentation automatically and if they try to open it, they need
to enter the password to modify it.
Hope this answers your question.
