Put the addresses in the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field of the mail header.

Including your recipients in the Bcc field prevents them from seeing who
else received the mail, which is what you originally asked:

As Brian mentioned, no one will know who else got the mail item. Was there
some other criteria?
