Sending to aol users fails and receives an error

I have a problem that my service provider, adelphia
(note, not comcast) hasn't fixed yet. They have been
working on it for a month now. I can not send email to
and aol user, but only when trying to send from outlook
express. Has any one seen this? Fix? Thanks in advance,

TRANSACTION FAILED: (COM:B1) AOL cannot accept email
from your point of origin on Comcast.?? Please have
Comcast contact AOL at 703-265
