Sending with attachment!

Hi there!

Emails with some, only some attachments, are creating big problems when I am
forwarding them to friends and family. They repeat and repeat sending, and my
sister got over 1500 of the same email.
I have Trend Micro Antivirus, and all emails are scanned when received and
sending.

I found out that the emails are stuck in outbox, and beeing sent and resent
until I delete them myself.

Any suggestions to this problems my dear friends?
