Sends immediately and SGLOBLSND

Hello Everybody:

I have download the GLOBLSND, for avoid sent immediately message, when
Outlook 2000 is configured in Workgroup Corporate.
I don't have Exchange Server.
I use Workgroup Corporate mode, because I need two user profile, and be able
to change profile, without logout from Windows.

How can I install the tool?
I have the follow two files:


GSOINST.EXE and GSO.DLL

I copy the two file in d:\winnt\system32 directory

When I run:

D:\WINNT\system32>gsoinst gso.dll
D:\WINNT\system32>

Now, How can I set up GLOBLSND?
