Hi
I know this is probably a silly question.
I am using outlook 2003, and was wandering, is it possible to send an e-mail
to multiple users, without clicking on each individuals name in my contatcts
folder??
i sometimes send e-mails to 50+ people and its a pain to have to click on 50
names.
is there a way i can send it to a group or something???

Thanks i would really appreaciate your help

There are three ways. The first is the one Gordon mentions. The second is
to collect related contacts in separate Contacts folders and either use mail
merge or select all the folder's contacts and use Action>New Message to
Contact. The third way is to assign categories to related contacts, group
your COntacts folder by categories, then select a category and, again, click
Actions>New Message to Contact.

Hi Brian

I have put all my contacts into categories, but when i want to send an
e-mail, it doesnt give me the option to add a category in my to: section.

it only gives me all my normal contacts in my normal view.

I hope i am making sense.

Thank you kindly

Reread what I said. Open your Contacts folder, display in the By Category
view, select the category you want, and click Actions>New Message to
Contact.
