How can I save a Power Point Presentation as six slides per page handouts, so
it can be given out on C/D to conference attendees and they can only open it
as the handout version, without being able to enlarge, copy or reproduce?

You can check Handout Wizard at:
http://skp.mvps.org/how/

You can password protect the document to prevent editing.
In MS Word, click Tools > Options > Security.
Set the password to modify, and click OK.
Save your presentation.
See if it helps.

Thanks for responding, Its not really editing I am concerned with. I am
trying to avoid someone getting my presentation at a conference and and being
able present it themself or using the slides in another presentation. I have
learned of someone trying to present my information to their employees, so
they would not pay for their employees to attend the conference. I would
like to provide handouts on disk, if it is possible to save it only as a
handout.

Hi BossHoss,
have you check out Handout Wizard at http://skp.mvps.org/how ?
It allows you to create handouts of PowerPoint presentations, which should
solve your problems.
