Sensitivity Analysis

I would to carry out a sensitivity analysis using a customised field (or by
customising task work) to enable rapid rerun of an MS Project by varying two
parameters set in customised fields. Any ideas out there?

Lex,

This is similar to what I created for monte carlo simulation. It changes the
duration and recalculates the plan a number of times. The macro would be a
good start for what you are doing.

Although not a direct answer to your question - Risk+ is a software add-on
for MS Project that performs robust Monte Carlo simulation on your entire
schedule (or any portion of it). Visit www.deltek.com and search on Risk+

I have used it many times and find it is a great tool.
