sent email rule

I would like to have a rule in Entourage that places sent files in a
folder based on the addresses used; e.g. if sent to [email protected],
that email would be placed in the Fred folder.

However, if I get an email from [email protected] it should just come into
the inbox with the rest of my email.

What's the best way to do this?

Tools > Rules > Outgoing > New

If
Any Recipient (or feel free to use one of the other options)
Is (or Contains if you want to be less specific)
[email protected]
Then
Move Message
Fred

You can play with the various options to get the effect you're looking for.
For example, if you want to do this with a lot of people (say, for example,
you want to put all of your friends into one folder), put a Category or
Group name into your "If" statement instead of just an email address.
