Sent Items don't appear

When I sent messages, they do not show up in Œsent items¹ folder. I have
checked and rechecked the preferences to ŒSave sent items¹, restarted a
bajillion times, and followed every suggestion on the MS Entourage help
site.

Any suggestions?

See if you have not inadvertently created a rule or a mailing list rule
which moves your sent messages to a different folder. Go to Tools>Rules and
see if there are any rules under the "Outgoing" tab. Go to Tools>Mailing
List Manager and have a look at the list that shows; is there a mailing list
rule there? If there is, disable it and see if the problem persists. If it
doesn't, feel free to delete the rule(s); if it does, post back and give
more details, such as the version of Entourage, the version of Mac OS X, or
the kind of e-mail account you are using (POP, IMAP, etc.).

Hi Kris!

Would you by any chance be having this problem when connecting to an
Exchange Server using your company's OWA address?

If so, check with your company's Exchange Server administrator and
verify that the servers are up-to-date with all patches, fixes and
security updates. I believe a released patch fixed this problem for us.
Also, make sure you're Entourage application is at the latest version.
You can use its Help --> Check for Updates menu item.
