I am using Entourage 2004 for mac and find that whenever I send (or
forward) a message to anybody I get two copies of it in my "sent items"
folder. The preferences item "save copies of sent items" doesn't make
any difference, whether on or off - I still always get two copies in
the sent items folder. I have no rules running, have tried creating a
new account. Still unsolved. As far as I know, the recipients are
only receiving one message. Any ideas?
