Sent Items Folder - Downloading Offline

I'd like to download my "Sent Items Folder" offline. I don't have a preference as to how or the program, but I'd like to download all of my sent items and delete them from Entourage. Basically, I'm trying to free-up some space in Entourage while maintaining an offline archive. Any direction on this? Thx!

Here's some information on archiving:

You can create a folder on your desktop (or elsewhere) and drag all the
messages into that folder. Each message will be in a separate .eml document.
Once you have done that, you can delete them from your Sent Items folder.
