Sent Items Folder Is Not Updated

I'm using Entourage 2004 on an Exchange Server and I have noticed that
emails I send are not being placed into my Sent Items folder. However,
I can go on to Outlook Web Access and there they are. Even more
interesting is if I send an email from Outlook Web Access it will show
up almost immediately in my Sent Items folder in Entourage. Does
anyone know why this might be happening?

Could our problem be related? I've created folders and defined them in the
Account settings as the folders to which we want Sent, Draft, and Trash
items sent/saved, respectively. Still, when we save a draft or send
something, the drafts and sent items are just saved the Entourage's default
folders (the ones that show up in the left hand column the first time you
launch Entourage, even before you're created the email accounts you want to
use.)

We can't access these folders from any computer other than the computer on
which they exists. Does anyone have any idea what this migth be about?

For what it's worth, we're using OS 10.3.6, Office X, updated with 10.1.6
update, and the mail account is setup as IMAP connecting to a Novell
Groupwise email server.

Same problem here. Lots of "updating Sent Items" notices... no actual
updating in Entourage 2004.
Of course, it's not critical... but very irritating.
