Sent Items Folder Missing

I have a problem with seeing another persons Sent Items
folder.
I have the person added to the "Open these additonal
mailboxes" but I don't see their Sent Items folder.
Has anyone seen this, or know how to fix?
All the help is greatly appreciated ;-)

Make sure you have permissions to that folder especially the option that the
folder is visible to you.folder
