Sent Items folder not syncing!

So I send out emails from my Entourage 2004 and they go out fine with
no errors. But my "sent items" folder is empty. Checking my acct via
web access, the sent items ARE there in the "sent items" folder. So
theyr'e just not being synced with my Entourage. What gives? I've seen
others with this same problem on this newsgroup, but no one's
responding with an answer.

Have you tried control-clicking the folder and choosing Sychronize Now?

Is this an Exchange account or an IMAP account?

I had this exact problem. None of my sent e-mails appeared in the Sent
Items in Entourage, yet they did appear if I accessed my Exchange
server from OWA or from an Outlook client.

For the fun of it I clicked on the 'Sent' column heading to re-sort the
folder, and the sent items appeared.
