Sent Items not in readable format

Hi,

When I send a msg from m HTC-Touch phone, the sent item in Entourage is not
in readable format. Looks like some msg format or Font isse. I tried font
cleanup and seeting various msg type but no luck. Surprisingly this is
happening only with HTC-Touch and the same was found working with HP iPAQ.

What could be the possible solution to this problem?

What does it look like? Why is it not readable?
