Sent Mail remains in OUTBOX

Sent mail remains in Outbox with the body of email deleted
and replaced with message "body of message deleted due to
SENDER FILTER=<>Filter". I have checked & cleared filters,
checked for Rules and also applied Service Packs and still
have this problem.(This is a Windows 2000pro laptop with
Office 2000 installed.All the latest & greatest
updates,service packs have been installed)
