All of the sudden my sent mail is not being delivered but shows up in the sent mail file. I am NOT a computer expert by any means and don't know where to start. 2 days ago everything was fine.............

How did you find out it's not being delivered? Knowing that might help track
down the problem.

How many recipients are we talking about? Are they on one provider or
several? How do you know that your mail isn't going through? Have you
tried talking to your own provider?
