Sentence (text) running off grid

In the section listed as additional comments the paragraph (text) stops
halfway down the grid and runs outside the grid. How can I fix this so
the text continues until the end of the box without resizing the cells?
I attached the file and you can see what I'm talking about. It wouldn't
let me upload but here's a picture:
